NASA would like to carry out a flight of the Orion spacecraft to the moon and back this year under the mission Artemis II.. The mission is a test for the Artemis program, which aims to have astronauts land on the moon for the first time since Apollo 17.
The flight to the moon is (unfortunately) reserved for 4 astronauts, but at least you can fly your name (on a n SD card) around the moon. All you have to do is register with NASA for free here:
In addition, you get a nice boarding pass and at least 685,000 miles credited (unfortunately NASA is not a member of a frequent flyer program…).

Editor’s Note: This is more like a funny little gimmick than a proper deal. But given that we have so many aviation enthusiasts visiting our site, I thought that there may be a few space enthusiasts as well who’d find this funny.
